        How can anyone vote to kill a baby on the counter?

        I understand viable vs. non-viable, but that could have been done within the legislation.

          Before all y'all get too riled up by the Fox News/House GOP's angertainment segment, know that similar law already exists on the books, and that was passed with bipartisan support:

          "In 2002, Congress passed the Born-Alive Infants Protection Act, which guaranteed full legal rights to infants born at any stage of development."
