Good question Jolly. At what point do you go retroactive? And how far back? And for what rules that have since been overturned? Why this rule only and not others?

I can see both sides, but I guess I would say that the people knew the rules in place at the time. Reinstalling rules for some people, but not for others opens up the "can of worms".
