      Yes we know about it and the offending civil servant is being sanctioned appropriately. As well, Veterans Affairs Canada is taking internal policy measures so that its staff is fully aware such advice is wholly inappropriate and unacceptable.

          Am almost certain it will result in a lift and more required occupational therapy equipment and services as needed.
