Could be part of the Grand Plan. Persuade the numbnut middle class in the U.S. that their carbon footprint is driving climate change and killing the earth, so they need to have less children, while in the meantime let's import lots of low paid service bots from across the border. To exist, the poor folks will need assistance, and Mr. Biden's party is just the folks to give it to 'em.

The ruling rich get richer, the poor get poorer - both voting the "right(left)" way - and the middle class is decimated, but happy, knowing they did their part for Mother Earth.
