    I found this inexpensive clip-on LED lamp for my digital piano's music desk.

    USB rechargeable, 5 levels of brightness and adjustable color warmth.

    Good price.

    So far, I'm pleased.

        @Mik for $30, I thought I couldn't go wrong. I actually like it a bit better than the expensive lamp on my Bohemia (which I still love, by the way).

          I have tried several lights, I can't find one that works just right.

          I have 2 that look something like that, but they are kind of heavy and I can't quite get the light in a position where it shines on the page and is not in my face.

          When I move the gooseneck to a good position, it is extended so far from the page that it droops after a while.

          So I got this at Lowes:

          It sits in front of and blocks part of the page, and the dots that you see on the lens of the light show up on the page - it is covered with dots.

          Your light looks like it has similar dots, do these show up on the sheet music?

          I'm starting to think that the right answer is a light that is wall or ceiling mounted.
