                What's interesting is that, thought the totals for Republican donations exceed Democrats, individual entities, both persons and organizations seem to be clustered around just a few (Soros) where the GOP tend to be, dare I say, more diverse.

                  I guess the Democrats get their money from 25 old white guys and the Republicans get their money from 50 old white guys.

                  But, the data you present just shows that each side is pretty much the same when it comes to getting money from people. Neither side can claim the moral ground on this.
