Taylor Swift kerfuffle

I guess there's an outrage over how Ticketmaster was overloaded by those who tried to buy Taylor Swift tickets. Crashed the system, and some waits were longer than 7 hours. Amy Klobuchar and AOC are demanding investigations, because that's what the job of Congress is - ensuring that everyone can get a ticket to a concert.

But, I digress...

I've never heard anything by Taylor Swift. Am I missing anything?
