Good luck getting out of their house what they put into it. Well I guess most of them still have lots of equity if they arrived 2 years ago or more. For me it's not a question of whether I'll be underwater, but by how much and for how long. But I ain't leaving anyway.

That's Reveille, you philistine.
One of the best mascots in college. As the Mascot Corporal, you will be assigned Reveille. You will protect that dog with your life, if need be. If that dog wishes to sleep on your dorm bed, you can sleep on the floor. If you go out on a date, Reveille goes, too. Reveille will attend all classes with you and her attendance will be duly noted.
And if Miss Rev barks during class, the class will be immediately dismissed.
When Reveille grows old, she will be replaced by a younger dog, but she will be lovingly cared for as long as her paws trod this mortal coil. When the former mascot dies, she will be buried at Kyle Field, with full military honors, as befits the highest ranking cadet. She will be buried with her head facing the field, so that she may cheer her beloved Aggies on to victory, even after her death.
