This will be very shocking and disappointing for Biden voters.

        They misspelled addled lie.

The saying, "Lite is just one damn thing after another," is a gross understatement. The damn things overlap.

The Justice Department is defending the program, arguing that it is supported by the HEROES Act, a 2003 law that allows the U.S. Secretary of Education to "waive or modify" provisions that apply to federal student loan programs in cases of national emergencies.

"COVID-19 is such an emergency," the DOJ argued in a court filing.

Racism is also an emergency. But racism is more emergencyer than Covid, as we learned when the BLM protests were excepted from rules against large gatherings.

I am expecting that racism will remain, even if we defeat Covid. We will always have an excuse to fade further into codified leftist lunacy.

          Education is extremely important.

Racism is pretty much gone now.

We all know who is the good race, and who isn't.

Did they specify whether the claim was more or less bizarre than that one that they suddenly stopped supporting when threatened with a lawsuit?

              I was only joking

Well, it is their justification. But it would never hold up at Scotus, which they well know, and that’s why they modify it every time some class has standing.
