Meghan will only work with A-List directors

What an obnoxious, self-centered twit:
Meghan is reportedly planning to make her return to acting, but she’s determined to only do so on her terms.
An inside source told Daily Mail that Meghan, 38, only wants to work with A-list directors in the hopes that she will secure a breakout role that will finally get her taken seriously as an actress. She is reportedly worried that critics will be especially hard on her, so she wants to make sure that only the best of the best directors are attached to her projects.
The source said that Meghan has “been telling her agents that she wants Ava DuVernay involved, and that they need to find the right script.” While Meghan has already been flooded with offers, the insider said that “she thinks the majority of them are cheesy and beneath her.”
“Meghan is worried that she won’t be taken seriously as an actress,” the source said. “Meghan has made it clear to her team that she will only work with A-list directors, but she doesn’t understand that this doesn’t necessarily mean they want to work with her.”Check out her filmography at IMDB.
A bunch of bit parts until 2011 when she started working on "Suits" (which I enjoyed, btw).

I mean, sure, she’s a self-centered twit. But this level of managing one is career is probably pretty common it that industry.

I'm not a particular fan of Meghan, however in terms of what her and Harry have done, the level of abuse she got from the British press was really ridiculous.
Obviously, this has nothing to do with her being 'of colour' whatsoever. The press are just looking out for the country, and ensuring these people are held to the same enormously high personal standards that journalists everywhere expect and of course adhere to themselves.

I have not been following it too too closely, but herself and Prince Harry are not looking too good in this.
I dont know if there was any way that they could "exit" as they did, but they seem not to have handle it very well.

I get the impression from that Harry and Meghan are getting quite a bit of sympathy from the general British public. The tabloid press seem to despise them, but they're a bunch of expletives anyway.

Anybody that Piers Morgan slags off that much can't be all bad.
