Weird offshoot from the "school shooting" issue. Apparent local officials have been getting fake calls about "school shootings", and investigators say those calls appear to come from Africa (especially Ethiopia). And the calls appear systematic and coordinated too -- they go state by state, county by county. If it's a prank, so far no one has claimed credit for it.
