I saw a similar story yesterday:

      https://thediplomat.com/2022/09/resentment-is-rising-against-chinas-zero-covid-policies/?fbclid=IwAR3CZYIgFywIvWCFh9dOVMwuflby1l14OV5R5bUf1LwrG7iSBq4aXy8XVT8

From a friend with family there: "The Chinese people are getting weary of the extreme covid policy the government is enforcing and are starting to rebel and protest. The more they protest the harder the government will Crack down. It is going to get a lot worse than the machine guns at the airport in my opinion. The Chinese people are completely monitored at all times, besides video cameras everywhere cell phones are required and that is like being implanted with a chip. Unless there is a revolution backed by the military China is going to be a country wide internment camp."

The saying, "Lite is just one damn thing after another," is a gross understatement. The damn things overlap.
