Zero. The government should not be guaranteeing income.
Whatever government gives to one must first be taken from another.

Until we have automated every job and invent and perfect the matter replicator, everyone who can work, should work. If we have automated so many jobs that there are not enough for everyone, then we could start talks on giving everyone a slice of the excess.

I believe the going price used to be $2. This is a big increase.
