                        @taiwan_girl, the “Jewel” of ChangYi airport opened in April 2019, after my last visit to that airport, so I have not seen it for real yet. But even without the “Jewel,” the ChangYi airport was impressive enough as it was.

                                @taiwan_girl More than one way to build high speed trains, “maglev” uses magnetic acceleration: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maglev

                                Some amusement park rides and roller coasters also use magnetic acceleration.

                                        Intellectually, I think I can figure out the technique to get the geometry right without too much time, but I suspect it will take me a long time to develop the steadiness of hand to cut the tile seemingly so effortlessly with freehand.

                                          That was pretty impressive. Like you say, trying to do that freehand. I would think that cutting tool would be difficult to control.
