Yup.
Public figure and all that.
You have to prove that the statements were false and published with malice.
I wonder what his lawyers, or perhaps I should say, what "this crop" of lawyers say.

President Trump is all about himself.
If something makes himself look better, and happens to make 99% of the people better, no big deal.
If something makes himself look better, but happens to hurt 99% of the people, no big deal.
But, if something makes 99% of the people better, but does not help him. Watch out!!!!!

As far as I'm concerned, anything hooked to the internet can be hacked and gamed.
I can well understand how elections can be tainted. There was an arrest in Georgia just last week.
Having said that, I still support a return to earlier standards on libel and public figures.
