Interesting story. A Malaysian guy starts a ship servicing company in Asia (providing fuel, food, etc), and ending up bribing lots and lots of US Navy guys to send US Navy ships to his shipyards.

Tries to escape to Russia (via Venezuala) but is caught and currently being hold in there.
