Taiwan is going to stop its quarantine requirement for incoming people. It is one of the last countries to have this in place. Currently three days, but will be completely eliminated.

Yes, they do. Hong Kong is easing a bit, but still requiring a couple day quarantine (I think) and then a PCR test at day 4, 7, and 10.

Japan is also easing its rules.
