By the way I’d be in favor of compensation for kidney donation in a very regulated manner. I’ve actually given a lot of thought to how to get around the most pressing ethical concerns.

As a libertarian, I believe people should be allowed to sell their kidneys for iPhones. In fact I would go even further than that. I believe people should be able to sell any of their organs for any apple product.

I am not an anarchic moral nihilist like many libertarians. For instance I fully respect the views of those who feel that selling one’s organs to purchase Samsung products, damages the social fabric, and therefore should be outlawed. Many of these issues are subtle and complex, where reasonable people can disagree. But where all reasonable people do agree, is in our belief that Apple competitors are an existential threat to our democracy.
