        I (probably) agree with you but it’s an empirical question. What percentage of gun homicides in NYC are from legally purchased weapons? I’m guessing it’s low.

          By law, there is not a readily available database of 4473 forms. By doing this, NYC would have a very quick and searchable database of legally purchased firearms and ammunition.

          Makes them a lot easier to confiscate.
