        Fucking phone orientation.

Seriously though, wtf? This wasn't supposed to happen this soon, I thought.

Either that or Danielle preppers, maybe? The shortages track with that.

Who would buy frozen pizza to prep for a hurricane?

OTOH, people are major stupid when it comes to disaster prep.

If you have a gas or charcoal grill, you're ok for the pizza. But it's not what I'd pick.

I always have an extra tank of propane around too. Hate to run out. Always have probably 100 pounds of charcoal too.

Kinda hard to take seriously a storm named "Earl".

                  Guess we'd better, though. 😕

If you don't have a generator, your freezer won't hold out but for 2-3 days. Freezer on a frig? Not that long.

You can stair-step it...Perishables first, then frozen stuff that is thawing out, then smoke or can your meat for longer term (one week to longer) storage at room temps (lucky for some of y'all, you have access to root cellars. No such thing, here).

A person can do an awful lot with a barbeque pit or open fire, if you know how and have the right tools. I suspect 90%+ don't have either.
