    Haven't sold anything in years.

Now I am selling my Sonos system. I put it up, and instead of bidding I'm getting temporary offers that expire after a day or two, but the offers don't show up on the listing page.

IOW, I have a private offer for 140, but the listing is still showing a $90 bid price.

When did they roll out this idiocy? Is there a way I can make it auction only?

    Only non-witches get due process.

Yes, you'll have to go to Revise Item. You have a few alternatives. You can do...
      Buy it Now
Buy it Now with option of accepting offers
Auction with Buy it Now option
      Auction

It sounds as if you've got it with an "with offers" option.
"Best Offer Increase your chances of selling by allowing buyers to negotiate a price. You can choose to accept, decline or make a counter offer. Learn more

Let buyers make offers. Being flexible with your price may help your item sell faster"

Thanks Kluurs, I disabled the 'best offer' feature. I just don't want to deal with it all week.
