Is PETA insisting on having race horse owners fund retirement accounts for every race horse yet? Something like Social Security or a pension plan, for race horses?

Are you kidding? That would be actually useful. PETA doesn't do useful. They're more into life crises like animal cracker box art.

Seriously, I don't know. I've not heard of anything like that.

I would be more concerned about the horse owners. After the horse can’t race anymore, the owner can’t make money. They have difficulty putting food on the table. I mean other than horse meat.
