Don't they usually have fights at these joint practices?

      BFD.

I can count the scars on my right hand where they had to stitch it up after practice. Not to mention I cold-cocked a couple of teammates over the years and tried my best to break one guy's ribs (the SOB deserved it). Football is a passionate, violent sport. Even at high school practice.

Hich school intensity< College < Pro.

Want to play something less violent? Play rugby. Or go put on a skirt and play soccer.

How violent and passionate can it be when every little thing gets penalized? Every time you turn around the NFL is chawing on somebody for some infraction or another. I get that slamming your oppo's helmet with your helmet is unsportsmanlike, but should it be punished so overtly?

And how is it that this guy is getting punished for helmet banging when Terrill Lewis hit Gronkowski so hard that he busted four ribs and collapsed a lung, and got nothing? I will never understand that!

          Legal vs. illegal hit.

That's bullshit. Gronk was out for months with those injuries.

Ol' Gronk got slobber-knocked, didn't he?

Nothing wrong with that. Almost perfect form. Next time, tell Tom Terrific not to throw Gronk a Medicine Ball.

Meanwhile, you want them to ban video games....

Sure, I know, an American footballer never shot and killed anybody, right?

Frankly, that’s Brady’s fault. He threw it behind Gronk, forcing him to turn away from the guy lined up to light him up.

                    That's why it's called a Medicine Ball.

Whether you catch it or not, you're gonna need medicine.

Have a look at this footage of Terrill Lewis. Voiceover talking about his 'first step explosiveness'.
