80s at 8

It's something I've been trying for a few weeks now. I don't always succeed, but when I have, it's really helped.
Basically at 8pm, I live like it's the 1980s again. TVs are okay, since it's a kind of family activity. But no computers, no phones, no tablets. Not for any reason. And it stays that way until 8am, which means my mornings are also device-free.

My initial response was going to be ‘The 80’s sucked!’ however if I’m honest I think I did a lot better back then. I certainly did a lot more.

Yeah, I'm reading more, getting better at guitar, making more stuff.
I put it to you that never freaking once has anyone binged through some Instagram or TikTok reels and afterward said to themselves, "boy am I sure glad I did that shit!"
