@Jolly said in Letters From Prison:
And I've never seen a SWAT team used for a misdemeanor arrest.
Never.
When I was in 5th grade, we were all sent home from school early because a SWAT team was brought in to arrest my cousin that lived next to the school. He was being arrested for breaking windows of cars.
Of course, they DID have good reason to call in the SWAT Team. He was a 2 time loser and had only recently been released after biting a man’s face off. I mean that literally. 32 bites around the guy’s face…

Why stop at 32?
Because it was off…

Sounds like they should have called in the Fish and Game wardens.

Maybe he got full? Maybe the eyes were bigger than his stomach.

Presumably, that's how many teeth he had.
Then again, if this was Virginia....

Is it normal for a SWAT team to raid a private residence for a misdemeanor trespassing charge?
I'm guessing no.
Wonder what TG thinks?

I am thinking that there is more to the story than what she says.
From her perspective, there is this giant conspiracy that involves the
judge system
district attorney system
jury system
police officers
SWAT officers
federal law enforcement
etcShe may be the only person left in the US who is not part of it.
(Having said that, I don't know the whole story. She did claim that the judge gave her the sentence because she refused to date him in medical school, so there is that. LOL)

Maybe she's nuts. That's pretty simple. There were certainly no shortage of nutjobs wandering about the Capitol.

You're not too sane, yourself. But the next time you commit a misdemeanor, I wouldn't advocate the police showing up at your house with a SWAT team and a battering ram.

We won't know about that until we break your door in...
