Anne Heche has reportedly passed away after being taken off life support on Friday.
The actor had been in a coma with severe injuries at the Grossman Burn Center at West Hills Hospital north of LA following a horrific car accident on August 5 where she crashed into a residential house, setting it on fire.
The news of her passing was confirmed by Heche's friend Nancy Davis via Instagram: "Heaven has a new Angel. My loving, kind, fun, endearing and beautiful friend @anneheche went to heaven. I will miss her terribly and cherish all the beautiful memories we have shared. Anne was always the kindest, most thoughtful person who always brought out the best in me."
