        I'd have to know what he believed and saw at that point to make any sort of call on that decision. He's not a careless person.

          But it's an interesting juxtaposition.

          Garland had a rep for being pretty fair for a Dem. Has the man changed?

            When the Supreme Court overturned Roe, Roberts concurred but thought the social ramifications were too severe, and so the overturn was ill advised. I take Garland's decision in a similar light. By the book, but ill advised and tone deaf. And I'm still wondering if Trump baited it into happening.

            Education is extremely important.
