Cant read other than the first paragraph, but I assume it is saying there is a plan to make sure that neither President Biden or VP Harris is going for president in 2024. I agree with this.
For whatever it is worth, I saw a poll that a pretty big % of US people do not want to see either President Biden OR President Trump run for president in 2024.
The only way that President Biden could potentially win in 2024 is if Presdient Trump runs again. Kind of a reverse of 2016. The Democrats probably could have won with anybody BUT Secretary Clinton.

What possible difference does it make? Who are they going to put out there? Warren? Old Bernie? Newsome? The 2024 election won't be about the person, it will be about the basic ideology.

I don't think I can take another general election with Trump running. I'll have to just stop watching TV entirely.
I must admit, I'd not-so-secretly love it if he ran but got beat in the primary. The follow up would be phenomenal.

At least 10MM cult members would agree with Trump’s inevitable claims that the primary was stolen and they would refuse to vote in the general. Georgia all over again.
