Isn’t there also a “culture” of young boys being abused by the Asian population in the UK. I don’t think it’s Telford…Manchester, perhaps?

The scandal I know of was in Rochdale - it's in Greater Manchester, but it's really a Lancashire town separate from Manchester. It was girls, rather than boys.

This was a huge scandal that broke around 2011. The police and social services hadn't done due diligence, probably because they were worried about being accused of racism.
