    -Pizza
    -Burgers
    -Butter Chicken + Naan

Friday is our comfort food day. I realize we've gotten very, very good at making these 3. I'm considering adding a 4th - dunno what to choose.

What's your ideal "simple and tasty - calories be damned" meal?

Mesquite grilled steak. Some good cake for dessert. By "good" I mean something dense and moist, not that airy dry stuff with a half inch of icing you can find at every office birthday party. Yuck.

If you like coconut, there is nothing like a sour cream coconut cake made from fresh coconuts, with the milk folded into the batter.
