Who Should I Sue?

Out for a walk this morning along the canals in Bangkok, and where a pathway crosses over the canal, there was something written on the beam.

So, while I was trying to figure out why I should be minding my hand, I smashed my head into the beam.

(Actually, I didn't, but I thought the writing was kind of funny)
