I think I posted something similar about President Trump when he was president and his schedule, and the fact that there were many days when "no official duties" was normal.
When it is not "your guy" doing it, it suddenly becomes worse. LOL
And in my defense, when I posted it about President Trump, I did say that even if nothing is on the schedule, it is doubtful he is sitting around playing video games. The president is on duty 24/7/365

But, to answer your question, probably not. Honestly, very few of the presidents have been. It is such a huge job that you either have to take a step back or you get eaten by the work.
The trick is finding the correct balance between the 10000 meter view and the 10 meter view.
