The WHO has changed its position on so many aspects of this pandemic in 5 months more times than I can recall.

      • Dont wear masks
      • Wear masks
      • No human-human transmission
      • Human-human transmission
        *HCQ doesn't work
        *HCQ works
        *HCQ might work
        *China cooperated
        *China hid the outbreak

I'm sure there are other examples, but I'm too lazy to seek them out.

I know, I know, "We didn't know then what we know now."

At best, it's a SWAG as to what we should do, because, precisely, we didn't know then what we know now.

Countless books will be written about this.

The saying, "Lite is just one damn thing after another," is a gross understatement. The damn things overlap.

@George-K yep. I’m from Missouri on this and will wait until it is confirmed by someone I have more faith in. It is pretty clear WHO pronounces things in their own best interests, not mine.

Yeah, turns out they only meant a subset of asymptomatic people anyway - it excluded the pre-symptomatic. And even that wasn’t on too firm of ground.

If you read the article you will see that the headline was what CNBC wanted you to see, not what WHO wanted to convey. All about the clickbait.

It all comes down to what science do we trust and while it is right to make decisions on science, the science is wobbly right now. SoBe careful when you say you are guided by science.

There's not a great deal of science to be had at this oint.
