With all the family stuff going on, MFR and I both forgot that today is our 31st anniversary. Married on a riverboat cruise on the mighty Ohio River on a picture perfect day.

A whole roast Turkey is my absolute least favorite dish to cook. Hate it. I prefer cutting it up and smoking it outside. I can get fantastic toast Turkey year round at The Golden Lamb.

It’s too much food anyway, which is why I quit smoking briskets and pork butts. Too much food, too much work.

Where'd you find that one and how well does it cook?

Went to the country. Bought it at Lee and Jack’s in Batavia. One of the last independents. $400 cheaper than big box, better service.

It’s a GE Cafe dual fuel. Cooks really well so far. The oven even has a temperature probe so I don’t have to use my BBQ unit.
