Because they went on a cruise. Which, duh. Couple of things:

1. They did get their damn booster shots eventually. In only one of a long string of strange surprises when it comes to my parents, they became huge stoners a couple of years ago. Massive. So they weren't against boosters, they just, y'know, never got around to it until recently. FFS.
2. No relevant comorbidities as far as I know.
3. How does this work in Amsterdam? Are they still quarantining over there? Will they have to re-book a flight? I don't know.

Pffft they'd never tell me that. I'm going by location. They aren't texting from a hospital so I'm guessing not too bad. Also my mom's bitching about extending the hold on their mail, which sounds normal, so I'm guessing they're more or less okay for now.

I do the CVS tests, which differentiates between vaccine antibodies, and infection antibodies. Not even a trace of the latter.

I had another neighbor's phone number from a pizza order 2.3 years ago. They helped me figure it out. Mike's a crazy reclusive car guy who was picking up their mail. He doesn't do phones so someone had to walk over there and give him the lowdown. He said fine.

Still possible, but all at-home and blood antibody tests have been negative. I mean, literally all of them. Are the blood tests as unreliable as the at-home?
