Still asleep. Mrs Phibes isn’t what you’d call a morning person

      I was only joking

67 degrees, no humidity. Got up at 6am, cycled 30 miles, I’m now having eggs on the deck in the sunshine with my two canine associates.

I love this time of year

Childhood memory for me. We used to have soft boiled eggs in those little cups that held them upright. I guess the folks thought it was posh.

Me too. Ours were ceramic, with flowers painted on them. We'd cut German farmers rye bread into sticks to dunk them in the yolks.

                    Yup, it was perfect.

I usually don't golf on Sunday, but I got up at 6:00 and it was perfect.

I had to play, there was no way to stay home.

Got up this morning, drank two cups of coffee, wandered out to the garden and picked a five-gallon bucket of snap beans. It wasa nice morning, about as cool as it gets for us in May. Came in, cleaned up and managed to make church on-time. In Sunday School, discussion tuned to the recent shooting in Texas. In church, the service started off with a discussion of the SBC report.
