You can't continue to favor one identity over other identities.
The others just won't stand for it.
Especially if the others are the majority.
And then the minority will end up in an even deeper ditch.
Drop the identity politics, it is doomed.
And drop the equal outcomes nonsense. Earn the better outcome or prepare for a lesser outcome. You can't prop-up losers forever, they are losers, they will lose.

We talk a lot about 'successful outcomes' by the numbers, with little recognition that those 'successful outcomes' mean that you get to go to college, get a marketable degree, and join the masses of white collar corporate 9 to 5ers. It's pure fantasy to think that everybody wants that. The only thing everybody wants, is the above-average money that comes with it. Anybody with a baseline level of ability and a willingness to trade their 50 hours a week for the financial security, can have it. In point of fact, there aren't as many people willing to make that trade as their are corporate positions for them.
