    KTHXBAI

An unidentified Brooklyn man jumped to his death Thursday in Manhattan.

The incident happened around 1:15 p.m. local time at ‘100 United Nations Plaza,’ located in the Turtle Bay neighborhood.

According to the New York Post, the 43-year-old ‘was touring the apartment when he asked the agent to show him to the balcony and then suddenly jumped off to his death.’

First responders pronounced him dead at the scene. No further details were available.

Kind of a rude thing to do to that real estate agent.

Passersby on the sidewalk below were inconvenienced as well.

I was wondering if he jumped before or after the agent told him what the rent would be. I decided not to for fear of being thought insensitive.

It's New Yawk, so you might be right, especially considering that neighborhood.
