Yeah, probably.

She might weigh that if she's 5' 11", but I doubt she's that tall. Assuming she's actually 5' 6" I'd guess her to be around 180.

I don't think it's any more false than a lot of the unhealthily thin looking women we've been told are beautiful for the last couple of generations. She's not unattractive, and her body shape is probably a lot more representative of what a 'typical' Western woman looks like than the type of stick-like waif that usually adorn magazine covers.
