Go ahead and cite elected leaders who advocate for this course of action.
Not elected (yet), but the guy who's running for Attorney General of Florida advocated a revolution.
Of course, that's totally different from storming a capitol building.

Or inciting a Jan 6 riot.

Pretty hard to tell. How many followers does this guy have ? 50 million? Or 500?
258K.
Do we judge crime by the number of people who like the criminal?
Laws of my state be damned, I'll do what I think is right. Nice attitude for a candidate whose job it is to enforce the law.

Even the ‘crime’ claim is presumptive. I don’t know a thing about this guy, do you? Is he really trying to organize a coup against the state of Florida or the US? Or is he using it metaphorically?

Well, calling for a revolution is a crime. At least that's what I've been told.
I don’t know a thing about this guy, do you?
Nope.

To get an answer to that, you'll have to ask the TwitterGods.
However, he's clearly saying that he will not enforce the laws as enacted. That might not be "criminal," in the strictest sense of the law, but it might be (checks notes) impeachable.

I guess it couldn't be more obvious at this point that fundamental to the leftist ideology is the idea that their virtue supersedes the law. That was clear all through the Trump presidency, and it will not be going away any time soon.

When some gun laws were passed in some states, werent there officials and others who said that they would never enforce them?
