To paraphrase @jon-nyc 's comments, if the vaccination rate is 100%, every COVID-19 death will be among the vaccinated.
My understanding is that about 70% of the country is vaccinated.

Either way, lots of institutions are monitoring vaccine productions and efficacies, and those efforts will continue for quite a while yet, quite possibly long enough for SARS-CoV-2 to evolve to milder strains closer to the pathogens that cause common cold, then the world can just manage COVID-19 like it manages the common cold.
