A ton of family and friends have been getting very nasty colds over the past couple of weeks.

Symptoms last 1 week+. I've heard a hypothesis that it's because we've gotten very low exposure over the last two years.

    Anyone else notice this?

I haven't, but I rather doubt a reduced exposure over aa couple years would affect and adult's immune response much.

        COVID and Flu tests?

Down here, COVID is up, but I've seen more Flu A than anything else....

+1 Not seen it here, but I have limited exposure to folks, mostly just people I work with from other organizations. Some of that is virtual, a bit more in-person activity lately.

I got rocked by a 10-day sinus infection, which I usually never get.

            Please love yourself.

Yeah, we’ve heard and seen it around here. We’re also having a nasty allergy season. Poor Finley’s eyes are more bloodshot than @jon-nyc ’s when he lived in Brazil… And at night he’s getting nasal congestion bad enough that he’s not sleeping well… Last night I bet we had under 4 hours sleep…
