Secret police ... they carry big guns on your streets, mask all their faces, wear no badge that identify who they are or which department or agency they work for, refuse to identify themselves or which agency or department they work for, you have no way of finding out who they are or which department or agency they work for.

Just how the underlying threat to people of color may not warrant the craziness we see across cities - the amount of craziness is not high enough to warrant federal henchmen and turning the military onto citizens.
