I almost LOL'ed during the sermon

I attended Easter services with Mrs. George today, and the pastor, a kind of portly, affable guy was giving the sermon.
He was talking about forgiveness, mercy, resurrection...all the usual stuff.
He said, "When you pray, there's no reason to pray to St. John, St. Mary (laughs), or anyone else. Just pray to the Son, and he'll take it to 'The Big Guy.'"
