What makes a face 'punchable'?

To a guy capable of punching someone in the face, one face is just as punchable as another. So it never occurs to him to ask the question.

I'm not sure if TuCa's face is "punchable." After all, he didn't pick his face.

As long as we're talking about "punchable" stuff that's beyond someone's control and TuCa...
