COVID tests a joke?

My daughter had two positive COVID tests last week, then on the next day a negative PCR test, then on the next day again a positive and a negative test, the day after a negative test, then a positive test, and just today again a negative and a positive test and another negative PCR test.
All tests were done properly with medical supervision. She had a few mild symptoms that would be equally consistent with a common cold.
Tomorrow, we'll consult a fortune teller or throw a coin. Doesn't seem to contain less information than a COVID test.
