I like a good charcoal grilled bone-in skin on breast if it's not dried out. But it has to be done right. Wings are OK, but I never cook or order them. Not enough meat to fat ratio.
Brown some wings well; simmer them in a can of undiluted Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup seasoned with rosemary for half an hour, serve over a starch. It's a big mess to eat, but tasty and quick. Provide a roll of paper towels on the table.
