        A lot of those are fun. I disagree with the editorializing on washing your hands:

        When you were a kid, you probably got sick of your parents telling you to wash your hands after playing outside. It might have sounded like a broken record back then and you probably didn’t take them seriously, but you should have. This photo shows the bacteria that grew when an 8-year-old who had been playing outside pressed his hand onto a Petri dish.

        A bacteria-less hand is probably a very unhealthy hand.

          I weighed a container of Bolognese sauce yesterday that was supposed to be 16 oz net weight. It was only 15 including the container. 😠

            That was very cool and a lot of fun to see those things.

            The backside of the Hollywood sign is open to every one. I did it last summer. You just have to make the effort to walk up the hill further.
