I cringe every time we take another step towards red corporations and blue corporations. We need more DMZs, and the ones we have are eroding.
They’ll end up, after a lot of drama, with the same formula they use every time they have a trifecta: take away health care and food assistance from low income families and use the money to fund tax cuts for their donors.

I agree, but what do you do when you do when that division already exists? Do I continue to give my money to a company that then uses that money to assault my views and beliefs? Or do I find an alternative?

I don't really do politics when buying stuff, but I did stop buying from a shop that completely fucked over a relative of mine who worked for them.
They've since gone out of business, and he now runs his own business so I FREAKING WIN!
I say non-political, but back in the day grinding the faces of your employees into the dirt and screwing them up the ass was considered a traditional conservative trait. Perhaps not any more.

I agree, but what do you do when you do when that division already exists? Do I continue to give my money to a company that then uses that money to assault my views and beliefs? Or do I find an alternative?

On the scale of antisocial cultural behavior, I would hope we can all agree that economic bullying by cancel culture is worse than identifying a group of people to market to, and telling them clearly that they are being marketed to.
