I agree that he's a genius. He knew better than to try any shit with Trump, waiting until he could count on a feckless and weak democrat to let him get away with it. He took Crimea while Obama was busy fucking up things, then waited until Biden became Resident to sack the entire country.

OK, what particular act of Putin's qualifies him as a 'genius'?

If, for example, we take as an example of 'genius' as Napoleon Bonaparte, what has Vladimir Putin done that would make him in any way comparable?
